Aromatherapy: The use of pure essential oils for physical, mental and emotional issues through application, massage and bathing.
Synergy: Synergy comes from the Greek word synergia, meaning joint work and cooperative action.
Synergy is when the result is greater than the sum of the parts. Synergy is created when things work in concert together to create an outcome that is in some way of more value than the total of what the individual inputs is.
How to use synergies~
- Apply a few drops of your chosen synergy to a handkerchief and smell from throughout the day.
- Add 10-20 drops in a room diffuser (tea-lite diffuser or small plug in potpourri warmer) with water and let the scent diffuse your room.
- Add 10 drops to one ounce of your favorite unscented body oil.
- Add 5-10 drops into a cup of epsom salts and then add to your bath.
- Inhale directly from the bottle.
